-If you had purchased $1,000 worth of shares in Delta Airlines one year
ago, you will have $49.00 today.

-If you had purchased $1,000 worth of shares in AIG one year ago, you
will have $33.00 today.

-If you had purchased $1,000 worth of shares in Lehman Brothers one year
ago, you will have $0.00 today.

However,

-If you had purchased $1,000 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the
beer, then turned in the aluminum cans for recycling refund, you will
have received $214.00.
Based on the above, the best current investment plan is to drink heavily
& recycle.  It is called the 401-Keg.

（大意如下：如果去年你买了1000美元达美航空的股票,现在你剩49美元。如果去年你买了1000美元AIG的股票,现在你剩33美元。如果去年你买了1000美元雷曼兄弟的股票,现在只剩0美元。不过呢，如果去年你买的是1000美元的啤酒,喝光了之后把易拉罐卖掉，你可以得到214美元。所以呢，目前最佳的投资规划是猛喝啤酒然后到回收站卖罐子。这就叫401-keg退休金计划。）
